Adeyoola Adebayo ACIS is a graduate of law from the University of Lagos. She was admitted to the Nigerian bar in 2005. Adeyoola has vast experience of over 10 years in company law, company secretarial practice both in private and not for profit organizations, corporate governance and administration. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Secretaries and Administrators (UK).
Adeyoola is currently the Head of Legal and Company Secretary at Fina Trust Microfinance Bank.
